Crowns & Bridges
A crown is a covering that surrounds your entire tooth, to protect and improve the structure of a tooth that cannot be repaired by a failing or other restoration. Porcelain crowns are a great cosmetic option, as they match the natural color of your teeth.
Bridges are a great way to restore missing teeth. Bridges are made up of two crowns, that cover two anchoring teeth. These crowns are then attached to artificial teeth, filling the gap made by missing teeth.
Root Canal Therapy
When decay causes an infection that invades the root of the tooth, a root canal is necessary. Our dentists will clean out the infected pulp and nerves and fill the tooth with an antibacterial substance to prevent further decay.
If the tooth structure is affected, we will place a dental crown over the tooth to restore normal function.
Some root canals may need to be referred out to a specialist.
